BlackBrook Case Email Creative Redirection
Understanding the Challenge
BlackBrook Case, a fast-growing premium leather brand, had high-quality products but lacked an effective email creative direction. Their engagement from campaigns was declining, their spam rates were climbing, and previous agency had not built out their Flow System so they were deeply campaign dependant.
They needed strong design to stand out against their competitors, not only built upon their brand moat but also create that unique aesthetic. It demanded strategic layouts and dynamic blocks to fill with value content.
Our Approach
We started by conducting a fixed creative brief to understand BlackBrook Caseโs Brand Creative. From there, we crafted focused email ideas to helping us focus on what creative elements can be applied for sales or value content blocks.
We built the layouts & configured the first draft and it got ACCEPTED. We then templatized the flow & campaign drafts adding universal content blocks like the footer across future email ideas. Additionally, we designed a Flow Buildout to significantly increase the performance of their email system.
To date they still use the design elements set.
